Lizzie Ngarama

Karen and John,

My heart was full of emotion when I first arrived at Struan Farm, just knowing that was where my Koko, grandfather, spent his last working years. It was a privilege to finally meet you both and see Koko's hut again, in such a beautiful state of restoration for all to enjoy in the future.
I have spoken to some family members and friends, and can still not say enough on how beautiful your property is and the standard of your hospitality. One of the most treasured moments of the visit was receiving Koko's carved rammer, which will be treasured for the rest of my life and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. See you again soon.

Te Haeata James and Lizzie,
It was an absolute pleasure meeting you and having you visit the farm. We look forward to seeing you again soon, and meeting other family members too. I know John's brother Carrick and sisters will also want to meet you. We are glad the rammer is back with the family. John has looked after it for many years, a testament to how special your Koko was to him and to the Robertson family. Kind regards, Karen (and John)
