It doesn't take much to make me happy.
Really: gathering walnuts in the Pet Paddock at Struan Farm in the late afternoon sunlight, watching Clifford frolic with his fluffy tail waving in the breeze, and my husband riding around on his mower.
I am very thankful for these simple joys in my life, and praying for the people in Japan and Christchurch.
