It's taken me three years of experimenting and learning about Musquee de Provence pumpkins to grow them properly at Struan Farm; we've finally had a decent harvest. This was the largest pumpkin we grew:
John had time to chop them apart with his machete this weekend so that I could use them. I'm making pumpkin soup for dinner now as I write this post.
I've saved the seeds, now drying in the hot water cupboard, for next year's crop.
Wow! Good for pumpkin pie?

Don't think so, not sure there's enough sugar in them for that.
