Recent rains have helped my winter veggie garden at Struan Farm start to sprout. I've planted a winter lettuce called "Rouge d'Hiver," rocket/arugula, and three different types of kale, including Cavalo Nero.
Hopefully a decent stash of kale chips in our future!
