I've been on the lookout for some good gluten free breakfast options for our farmstay guests at Struan Farm, and recently came across some breakfast bars that looked interesting in Annabel Langbein's new "Winter Goodness" magazine.
They turned out reasonably well, are made with walnuts, dates, dried apricots, pumpkin seeds, coconut, honey, eggs and LSA. The sort of thing that will keep for weeks in an airtight container. And yes, I've tried them myself--one definitely carries you through the morning!
So along with Pure Delish's "Primal Breakfast Mix," which works for both gluten free and vegan eaters, I've now got another gluten free breakfast option to offer guests.
