In a quest this week for a new winter pudding recipe I stumbled upon "Cranberry & cinnamon bread & butter pudding" in Sophie Gray's great cookbook "Fill the Tins." Everything I've made from this book has turned out well, and this was no exception:
And not a bad way to use some of the Wild Ruby Cranberries in the freezer either! I also used some croissants that were on special at our local market. Now just to get to some weeding so I can justify doing more than looking at this....
