I've been meaning to go out and harvest our Meyer lemon crop here at Struan Farm and finally got around to it. We have three dwarf trees, two of which fruited quite well this season.The third needs some love and attention, right now it's got sooty mold, perhaps because it doesn't get quite as much sun as the other two.
I'm not sure what I'll do with these just yet. I use fresh lemon juice in my vinaigrette recipe, and zest in heaps of things.
That being said, they look pretty lovely in that basket, don't they?
