John and I have very different approaches when it comes to celebrating holidays here at Struan Farm. It goes without saying that John has quite a bit more Scottish blood in him than I do in me, but you should be able to figure that one out.
Here's John:
Old school Cadbury creme eggs, one for each of us. And here's Karen:
Home baked carrot cake with just a wee bit of Easter decoration, along with a leg of lamb to be roasted with potatoes and veg. Basically John's favourite meal on the planet.
