You may recall that our friend Gandalf resides outside the Garden Cottage near the Homestead here at Struan Farm. Well, a few days ago I noticed that he seems to be having a tiff with the birds, one that his wizardly magic has not protected him against. He's covered with droppings!
I'll get a bucket of soapy water to clean him off, but I may also need to see what I can do to mediate the conflict. Perhaps darker forces are at work here in Middle Earth.
