A Brief Bake, with Blueberries

I'd planned to make this cake for John's Valentine's Day dinner here at Struan Farm, but I was a day or so late to the table. Too much happening here at this time of the year! We haven't been eating desserts much of late, but this was a delicious discovery.

"Blueberry Lemon Cake" is loaded with berries and quite moist. It's also not terribly sweet, the sort of cake we favour. And of course Piopio Berry Orchard blueberries take it to another level.
