My efforts in the glasshouse here at Struan Farm are transitioning at the moment from tomato seedlings, which I've been busy sharing with the Piopio Community Fruit & Veg Stand, to Italian Parsley Gigante.
Last year I made the mistake perhaps of "over-parsleying" Piopio, and I might be heading in the same direction this season. I had huge clusters planted out in Veggie World as well that I cut parsley from until this past month, it managed to last through winter before finally going to seed.
Oh well, one can never have too much parsley walnut pesto, right?
