Please note that I'm referring to the coriander growing in the veggie gardens here at Struan Farm, not myself!
The slow bolt coriander I planted early this season transitioned into flowers, which both the bees and I love, and is now going to seed. I've decided to see if I can save the seeds, something I rarely do with herbs. Okay, except for maybe dill.
The flowers are starting to swoon over, I'll need to pull them out shortly. I'm holding out for as long as possible (for both the bees and me). What I don't know is if the clusters of seeds should be cut and dried, or should dry on the plants. Research required!
